About Us: What Makes Us Different

I’m Nancy, founder and principal. My clients don’t think of me as someone they check in with once a month. They think of me as part of their core team. I take the time to learn how your business works, what you’re building toward, and what’s standing in the way. Then I make sure your books support where you’re headed.

That means more than account reconciliations. I walk through your numbers with you in plain language, respond quickly, and protect your business decisions. With a credit-trained banker’s eye, and as an Intuit Certified ProAdvisor Platinum, I catch issues before they become expensive problems. I speak bookkeeping and banking, a unique combination.

I’m joined by John Hitscherich, our Director of Operations. He brings more than 25 years of experience leading teams and streamlining operations, from Fortune 100 companies to private-equity-backed businesses.

I’ve sat on just about every side of the financial table, and I bring all that experience to your business. We work with start-ups to existing service businesses. A few of the industries we serve are dental and medical practices; insurance agencies; franchise owners; home improvement contractors; design firms; among others. Our clients want someone in their corner, not just in their books.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors or cheering on the Texas Aggies like it’s my full-time job. With a servant’s heart, I serve on the boards of nonprofits that champion international relations and study abroad opportunities.

I am an active member of the Woodard Alliance Group, Bookkeeping Buds, Aggie Moms’ Club, and Heidelberg University Alumni US.
